This painting, "From The Heart", is one of a series of angel paintings I created in the 1990's. The paintings were licensed by giftware companies to be reproduced on candle holders, suncatchers, prints, and other items.
The original paintings were represented by a New York gallery, "The Angel Keeper", that specialized in artwork of angels. "From The Heart" was the image chosen by the gallery for magazine ads promoting a show of angel artwork, and was the front cover on the show catalog. It was a popular image and the original sold quickly.
